Licence and copyright

Viewer and Learner licence

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view (and, for Learner, download) the materials for your own learning and CPD. You must not copy, share, resell, publish, train AI systems on, or deliver the materials to others.

Facilitator licence

The Facilitator edition licenses one named person to deliver the workshop to their own groups for the access period, with my name credited and without changing the safety, scope or safeguarding content. You may not sell or sub-license the materials, or present them as your own.

Organisation licence

Team access is limited to the number of seats and the dates shown on your code. Seats are personal to named individuals and cannot be shared.

Third-party sources

Statistics and quotations are credited to their sources. Images are used under licence or created for this course.

Breaches

I may withdraw access without refund if the licence is breached, and may take action to protect my rights.
