Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to services bought from ADD registered business name (“I”, “me”), including one-to-one sessions, coaching packages, recorded courses and digital materials.
1. What I provide
I provide non-clinical education, coaching and support. I do not provide clinical care, diagnosis, treatment or advice about medicines, and I do not replace your midwife, doctor or health visitor. See scope and safeguarding.
2. Not an emergency service
My services are not available 24 hours. In an emergency call 999. For urgent pregnancy concerns contact your midwifery team or maternity triage, or NHS 111.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are taken securely by a third-party payment provider; I do not store card details.
4. Coaching packages and birth support
Packages are by request and subject to availability for your due date and location. On-call windows and in-person attendance depend on factors outside my control (for example, an early or very quick birth, travel or illness). If I cannot attend I will tell you as soon as I can, offer support by phone or video where possible, and refund any part of the fee for the service not provided, as set out in the cancellations and refunds policy.
5. Online courses and access
Course access is personal to you, starts and ends on the dates shown in your account, and is for the access level you bought. When access ends, you can no longer view or download the course. Content may be updated. Organisation access is by codes with a seat limit and end date.
6. Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information, use the services lawfully, and treat me and others with respect. I may end a service if there is abusive behaviour or a safeguarding concern requires it.
7. Confidentiality and its limits
I keep what you tell me confidential. I may need to share information without your consent if someone is at risk of serious harm, if a child is at risk, or if the law requires it. See the safeguarding policy.
8. Intellectual property
All course content is owned by me or used with permission and is licensed to you under the licence and copyright terms.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, I am not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, and I am not responsible for clinical decisions made by you or your care team.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy, email hello@sherilynndhlovu.com. I will acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to respond fully within 20 working days.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales (or the law of the part of the UK where you live, if you are a consumer). Business details: ADD registered business name, ADD registered / correspondence address.
